To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience, we have laid out our terms and conditions below. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Order Placement


To place an order, please contact us through our website or email us at imagine@thepackagingstudio.com.

We offer custom packaging solutions, including but not limited to cardboard, kraft, corrugated and rigid material based packaging, with printing (off-set) options available. Once your order has been placed, we will provide you with an estimated completion date based on the details of your order.

If you have any specific requirements, please make sure to inform us before placing your order.

We may ask you for additional details to ensure that we fully understand your packaging needs.


Design and Approval


Once we have received all the necessary details, we will create a design and provide you with a digital proof of your packaging.

The digital proof will contain all the details you have provided, including the design, text, and any other relevant information.

It is your responsibility to carefully review and approve the digital proof before we proceed with production.


Once the digital proof has been approved, we will not be held responsible for any errors, including but not limited to printing, design or otherwise, in the final product. If you notice any errors after the digital proof has been approved, please contact us immediately. If the production process has not yet begun, we will make the necessary changes. However, if the production process has begun, any changes will incur an additional fee.

If a mistake is discovered in the final product that was not present in the digital proof that was approved by you, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please contact us as soon as possible.


Payment


Payment must be made in full before we begin the production process through secure gateways.

We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards and wire transfers.

If the order is canceled after the production process has begun, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.


Production and Shipping


Once production is complete, we will provide you with a shipping date and tracking information.

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to natural disasters, weather events, or any other external factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

Frequently Asked Questions

White cardboard is the most commonly seen packaging material around. To give you an idea, a small cereal box is made out of white cardboard. The thickness is measured in pt which is short for points. A scale here would be the small sized cereal box which is around 12pts of thickness.

Kraft is the name given to the naturally brown and rugged looking material we all love so much. It is made from recycled paper and is not toxic for the environment.

Actually, there are a few limitations to kraft material as a matter of perspective. For example, it is not recommended to do a full color print on kraft based packaging as the ink tends to be absorbed by the surface. It is also not recommended to laminate the kraft packaging as it destroys the purpose of eco-friendly packaging.

Yes! They are very different from each other. The FedEx or UPS box that comes through mail is based on corrugated material while the nice clean white boxes you see in the stores are made from white cardboard.

The right answer to this depends on your requirement. We can create it anyway you want. The base material used to create rigidness comes from recycled paper so that part is eco-friendly. Moving further into the production process, there are some factors like lamination which can make the box no longer eco-friendly.

That totally depends on the requirement. If the packaging is rigid material based, it is better to assume a longer turnaround time where as cardboard packaging is faster to turnaround. It takes us about 8 - 10 business days to complete an order after the design has been approved. Once the order is produced, it takes no longer than 4 - 5 business days to ship them to your doorstep.

If you don't have your design ready, its okay. We got you covered because we offer free design services with all orders.

We actually do have a preference when it comes to design files. Some things to keep in mind include the format which should be either .pdf, .a.i or .p.s.d files with a minimum of 300 dpi resolution.

Once you have approved the final specifications sheet and production has begun, changes or cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. We encourage you to carefully review the final specifications sheet and communicate any necessary changes or revisions before approval.

We require a 100% deposit to start work on your packaging order. However, under special circumstances, the initial deposit may vary and under such circumstances, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

To order packaging from us, simply provide us with your requirements and any necessary artwork or branding materials. Our team will work with you to create a custom design and provide a final specifications sheet for your approval. Once approved, we will begin production and deliver your finished packaging to your desired location.

Yes, we offer samples upon request (for a minimal charge) before you place a large order. This helps you to make sure you are happy with the design and materials of your packaging.

Yes, we take the security of your payment very seriously. We use secure payment gateways and take steps to ensure your payment information is kept safe and private.

Yes, we can create packaging to your specific dimensions and shapes. Simply provide us with the details and we'll get back to you with a quote.
